Pulling influence from both the old and new school generations, “New Mentality” surely has something to appease any Junglist. Coming in hot with a quick build up, led by a gnarly vocal sample (“Ready for war”), Mark really got down to business with this one. This tune is super dynamic and progressive, it builds energy with each phrase until it breaks and adds different elements throughout the progression, keeping it fresh and interesting the entire time. This tune is really cool, and with this being Mark’s debut release, I know I’ll be on the lookout for more in the future.
Big fan of “New Mentality”, I recommend grabbing this and the rest of The World Of Drum & Bass 2026 LP.
