August is coming to an end and as the last slivers of summer will fade into fall we’re still holding on to those upbeat, energetic vibes and out of control sound designs that overloaded our drum and bass playlists. Here’s a few of my favorites, all styles of DNB!

Playful heartwarming vocals entwined with blistering basslines and punchy beats bring a plethora of heat to scorch through the mix. Kexit’s colorful sound design delivers an intense flavor to entrance any raver into the dance. “Turn It Back” released on Elepahnt Trunk is a must have!

Dipping into the darker vibes of DNB Victim’s “Blurred Features” on C4C is full of monstrously wicked beats. A flawless arrangement of that spectacular tech step sound keeps this tune grinding through the mix emitting an eerie essence as it tightens its grip.
